Despite my efforts to adhere to the nursing standards of practice, I found it challenging to fully adhere to the NMC code of standard. (2016) stated that nursing practice is complex and dynamic due to the new evidence-based practices, policies, and improvement needs, thus, the need for continued professional development (CPD).
