Here is how to write a creative college essay
The purpose of any good essay is to inform readers while the purpose of creative writing is to inspire, to weave language creatively, to invoke an emotion or response, or to just express ideas and thoughts. While a narrative essay may include some descriptive writing, most essays lean more toward the academic than the poetic.
If you like to research a topic and then impart the knowledge you gained during that research to others, essay writing is for you. When you'd rather tell a ghost story, or write a poem about your cheating ex-boyfriend, or if you decide you're ready to write your autobiography, get ready to do some creative writing. My relationship with writing is hard, my writing doesn’t always flow well. My writing also doesn’t always come easily to me. More often than not, I have to sit and think for long periods of time, for to come up with ideas on how to start my essays. When I start with paper and pen my hand will start aching, and that makes it difficult to concentrate on what I am trying to express through my writing as it takes my mind off what I am currently thinking of writing down. Writing is the course I have always struggled with the most throughout high school, and through my first year of college. In creative writing, the sky is the limit. This type of writing can include poetry that is precisely structured as a haiku or limerick, but can also be a short story, a memoir, or a narrative essay. Some forms of creative writing are written in first person, some in second, and some in third. The freedom to be expressive and convey emotions is most strongly felt in the many forms of creative writing. It has been 25 years since the 28 of February 1997, the post-modern coup announcement. For these 25 years, no one could grasp why the people with hijabs were targeted. Yet, my mother showed incredible resilience and courage to an unfairness she couldn't thoroughly understand throughout the years. No matter how hard it was, my mother preserved her identity and taught her son to never give up, just like she never did. Growing up with her stories and anecdotes, I recognized that a figure, a mother, in my life showed me what strength is. A design professor from Denmark once drew for me a picture of the creative process, which had been the subject of his doctoral dissertation. “Here,” he said. “This is what it looks like”: I used to love to write poetry and short stories, I found it a way to release my emotions and gain perspective. A small group of my friends would often trade our short stories and poetry to share with each other and gain feedback on our creative writing. As I got into high school, I continued to enjoy the creative , but not so much the research papers. My first English Composition class in left me second guessing everything I had learned about writing and turned me away from any interest I had left. Creative writing at one time was easy for me, research writing was difficult for me, I really struggled with grammar, and when you add the negative experience in college you could say I lost all confidence and my writing. I am going to take you through my early experience in writing, the experience that gave me a voice and pushed me through life’s challenges. After that I am going to share that one experience that knocked down my confidence, making me feel like I had lost a voice, or at least the words to portray my knowledge, and life’s experience. Finally, I will end with finding that joy again in the creative writing and developing my writing skills through documentation required in my career. As a young teenage girl facing many of life’s challenges, I found comfort in writing. I kept journals, wrote poetry, and even short stories just to get my thoughts out of my head and speak my feelings. Dealing with my parents’ divorce as well as being bullied by

Nothing is wasted though, said the design professor, because every bend in the process is helping you to arrive at your necessary structure. By trying a different angle or creating a composite of past approaches, you get closer and closer to what you intend. You begin to delineate the organic form that will match your content.
Oh yeah, that was another fantastic list of Creative Writing Topics.
Essays generally stick to a specific topic or thesis statement. Body paragraphs include topic sentences that flesh out the thesis statement or further tell a narrative story. A conclusion paragraph sums up the ideas and makes inferences about them. Narrative essays are often written in first person, but most essays are written in third person.
Mentioned below are the 4 different types of creative writing:
“Come on, girls,” said Estella. “Everything’s packed up.” She squeezed them close, comfortingly. Estella was as thin as a sapling and as musical as a lark. Her children speak of her today in beatific terms, remembering how much she loved them. They were so close to her that they called her by her first name, Estella, instead of Mother, which was how her grandchildren and great-grandchildren would have addressed her. She loved all eight of her children, but she gave special care to her two youngest daughters for whom she tried to secure all the advantages that she had been unable to offer their brothers.

My relationship with writing has always been more of a punishment or torture than a pleasure or recreational fun. I have always felt like I was a poor writer, no matter what the content or subject was. I do enjoy proofreading or correcting grammar mistakes but as far as writing a paper from scratch, I feel a great deal of inadequacy. I do not particularly like or care for writing generally speaking because of the many fears and lack of ability to express my thoughts.

Essays can be expository, narrative, persuasive, or descriptive, but even with this wide range of possibilities, each type has its own specific structuring requirements. The most important rule of any good essay, and the reason for all the structuring, is clarity. Can the readers of your essay easily understand what idea you're presenting or what story you're telling? Does the writing flow along a logical path in which one sentence leads into the next and thoughts transition naturally? If so, you're on your way to an excellent essay.
